Our team works from Tūwharetoa Street in central Taupō. We draw, document and visualise every project ourselves, which is why the buildings look like the renders.
The team
The team who will bring your plans to life
Placeholder bio. James founded the practice and has worked across the Taupō district for over twenty years, mostly on lakefront and rural homes. He spends most weekends on the water with a rod.
Placeholder bio. Sam has been with JTD for eight years and leads much of the consent documentation, with a particular eye for detailing timber cladding.
Placeholder bio. Malia joined in 2019 and works mainly on interiors and kitchen design, resolving joinery down to the millimetre.

Placeholder bio. Joanna works across residential projects from concept through to working drawings, and runs the practice's 3D visualisation.
Placeholder bio. Mark specialises in alterations and additions to existing homes, which he describes as the hardest and most satisfying work.
